Some people are elated and some are devastated by the election results. No matter what the outcome, Christians ought to remember these three things:
1) The Lord Almighty is seated on a throne. (v.1) God is in control.
2) We are all sinful beings in need of God’s mercy. (v. 7)
3) We need to focus on our mission. (v. 8) No matter who is elected, we are to carry on the mission given to us by the King of kings.
