The last chapter of 1 Corinthians seems like a collection of unrelated topics. But there is one thread that runs through all different parts: the theme of love. Paul’s final encouragement to Corinthians is: “Do everything in love.”
Without love, all their spiritual gifts and knowledge and wisdom would be meaningless. But with love, they will fulfill the law. Do we see any unloving behaviors of Corinthians in ourselves? How can we be more loving people who refresh others? What do I need to start doing?
