After Paul parted with Barnabas, he had to form his own team for his second missionary journey. The new members were Silas, Timothy, and Luke. They were led by the Spirit to spread the gospel to Europe. They cooperated with the Holy Spirit and with each other to proclaim the gospel. The result was four new churches on the continent of Europe and three books of the New Testament. God can use all kinds of people for His purpose. What matters is not how capable we are, but how available we are to the Spirit.
